Thanks for writing a gift fic for me! Also, thought it would be a good idea to say upfront that I am always delighted by late treats for any of my requested fandoms (no matter how late)!
I hope my letter helps you figure out which direction to take it. I'm generally not very picky if you avoid the DNWs, but here's some of my general likes & DNWs before I break it out a bit more by fandom. Ideas & prompts are just there to help you, don't feel constrained if you want to take it in a different direction! I tend to list if I'm looking for smut to be in the fic/featured at all under each fandom/pair specifically, if you're interested in writing that too. Feel free to also browse my AO3 works/bookmarks to get an idea of what I'm into if I've written/read for any of these fandoms below!

This is a fandom I've sunk in for the past decade. No joke. Obviously it's been ten years since the movie and the fandom which used to be quite big on Livejournal has gone quite dead. But - I'm still alive and kicking and missing that MarkWardo dynamic ahh. Reasons why I love this pair so much: their dynamic is so freaking fluid depending on which era of their life you choose to focus on and I cannot get enough of it.
(Yes I just try to pretend their IRL counterparts do not exist, movie-setting only!!!)
Some ideas:
- I will never ever ever get tired of fix-it fics for them. How do they fix things after the lawsuit? Who reaches out first? Is there more screaming or just being ignored? Do they forcefully bump into one another at some corporate event? I think I've read every variant of this in the fandom and I still want more. Drunken confessions? Hatesex? Tears and breaking down? Truthful reconciliations? Throwing things at each other? All of the above? Make with it as you will!
- I think part of the tragedy is their lack of communication throughout the events of the movie, so a fic where they actually face that and explore each other's flaws together would be good, maybe even after they get together. I'm envisioning like marriage counselling/therapy kind of environment, which might even lend itself to a bit of humour! Up to you.
- canon-divergence AU where Eduardo does go out to California - do they finally sort out their issues together?
- ...just give me more sexual tension and smut if you want to, I don't even need plot for this pair if you so incline. Their chemistry is insane, just - my bookmarks expose me quite hard on this already but run crazy (rough sex, sex pollen, a/b/o, bdsm, exhibitionism, i can go on and on...)
- There's quite a lot of angst already in canon, so if you can end it on a good note, that'd be really appreciated!

Miyamizu Mitsuha & Tachibana Taki (Your Name), Miyamizu Mitsuha/Tachibana Taki (Your Name)
I really adored this movie. The element of spiritual connections, magical realism, dreams and bodyswapping while within a modern setting was super intriguing and fun to watch, and I think there is a lot more potential to be told that we didn't get to see in Mitsuha & Taki's story.
Also opting into art for this!
Some ideas:
- More ways their body-swap wrecks their life apart from the montage the movie showed. The texts they sent to each other slowly turning from fighting to affection, little moments that cause them to fall in love.
- Their life post-movie. Do they talk about it? How much do they remember? Do they venture into a new relationship right away or do they wait it out? How do they get from that point to say their cameos in Weathering in You?
- I personally kind of find the movie is kind of a soulmate AU already, but if you want to retell the tale with explicit soulmate AU characteristics (e.g. identifying marks, first words tattooed on body, etc), I'd love to read it!

Hatsu/Khun Aguero Agnis (Tower of God), Khun Aguero Agnis & Twenty-Fifth Baam | Jyu Viole Grace & Rak Wraithraiser (Tower of God), Khun Aguero Agnis/Twenty-Fifth Baam | Jyu Viole Grace (Tower of God)
Tower of God is my main fandom right now and a big part of the reason I'm in AO3 and sinking into gift exchange hell. There are a lot of things I love about it, the characters interactions with each other, the interesting floor tests, the moral ambiguity and hidden motives of the characters. I'm not too big on the lore despite being caught up on the Webtoon, more into it for the character arcs than the meta.
Some ideas:
Khun/Bam
- Probably one of my OTPs and I have a gazillion ideas for them but feel free to run with some:
- What do they find at the top of the Tower together? What do they wish for? Is there a top? What did they lose along the way? Did they get together along the way or is there a dramatic confession at the end?
- They get together but their relationship gets exposed. You can go a number of ways: gossip crack throughout the Tower, big bad gets a wind of it and uses one of them against the other (kidnap, extortion, no actual death please), their friends making fun of them but being happy for them. I'm always down for exploring new relationships together - yes this is your invitation to write first times, second times, fifth times. I can never get enough of khun/bam smut, my only complaint is that I can't get hatesex out of them because of how fluffy the pairing seems to be in canon unless you go the roleplay route which, ahem, be my guest!
Khun & Bam & Rak
- I really like these three together and I am one of those guilty authors who keeps forgetting about Rak in this iconic trio in favour of khun/bam dynamics instead and I'm sorry. So instead, give me team bonding! Give me Rak comforting Khun or yelling at him to get a grip during Bam's absence, give me the three of them being happy to be together post Workshop Battle, give me higher floor climbing with the three of them together, maybe a floor test about trust and they blow it out of the water!
- There's a running joke on the discord server about how Rak is the only emotionally competent one in the series and that everyone else needs therapy. Make it happen.
Khun/Hatz
- A relatively new fascination of mine. They tend to get on each other's nerves in canon but not so fiercely that they don't like each other. So, give me all the annoyances and fights, them getting into each other's face, actual literal fights like in Name Hunt Station, sexual tension x 1000 please
- A soulmate AU where they refuse to believe it because the other person's a bastard and they spend all their time running from it only to find their way back to each other
- Hitman AU! One has to kidnap the other for questioning/ransom and gets annoyed at their smart mouth, both are hitmen for hire and work well together but hate each other's guts, are FWBs at night, idk, run with it!
Death Note (Anime & Manga)
L & Yagami Light (Death Note), L/Yagami Light (Death Note), Mello | Mihael Keehl & Near | Nate River (Death Note), Mello | Mihael Keehl/Near | Nate River (Death Note)
Haven't been in this fandom in a while but always down for more death note fic! I love the psychological aspect of this canon, the mindgames, the fascination the characters have with each other, the dark side of things and questioning good/bad, moral gray area, etc.
Some ideas:
L/Light
- I might as well keep saying how much I love sexual tension, especially when it gets resolved. The whole handcuff period unf, give me that missing scene fucking and how the two of them make it into a game to see who cracks first on so many dimensions.
- L finds out Light is Kira but does not turn him in because he wants to analyze how Light ticks. Does he actually get anywhere? Does Light figure it out along the way?
- Light tries to get L's collected demeanor to crack. He takes excessive measures to make it happen. (Ranging from confessing he's Kira to physically fighting him to hatesex to taking his sweets. All or any of the above and more).
Near/Mello
- Explore their past competition with each other, POV alternating, introspection, one-sided resentment, all the good stuff.
- Mello lives. The two of them tackle another case(s) together. They learn to live with each other's habits, grow closer as friends or something more.
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood & MangaAlphonse Elric & Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist), Alphonse Elric & Edward Elric & Winry Rockbell (Fullmetal Alchemist)
FMA:B is such a feels fest and to be honest, I'm not a big shippy person for this fandom. What I really adore is the Elric Brothers' dedication and love for one another, as well as when the two of them are with Winry. Make my heart soar.

Some ideas
- Post-canon growing up together, moving on from the past, exploring and trying to bury old demons, finding pleasures in the little things. A very cathartic road trip of sorts.
- 5+1 fic, make it wholesome, make it sweet, make it hurt/comfort, their moments before and throughout and post-canon that speak to their emotional depth and strength of their bonds.
Hunter X HunterGon Freecs & Killua Zoldyck (Hunter X Hunter), Gon Freecs/Killua Zoldyck (Hunter X Hunter), Gon Freecs & Kurapika & Leorio Paladiknight & Killua Zoldyck (Hunter x Hunter)
Also one of the fandoms I'm really into, mainly Killugon! I think hxh explores some very interesting themes on friendship, family and found family, the lengths one would go to accomplish a goal and the consequences, adventuring and travel, discovering oneself, etc.
Some ideas:
Gon/Killua
- I swear half of the killugon fandom is trying to repair the events post Chimera Arc and I'd love it if you did the same. Give me reunion fic, reconciliation fic, feelings realization and confession fic. Gon chasing after Killua, Killua coming back to Gon, them talking out their feelings, them prioritizing each other's feelings and each other in general. Make me feel, make me slow burn even more, make me cry for these boys urgh.
- Canon-divergence where Gon didn't save Killua from his family post Hunter exam. They meet again in the future, but how is Killua now? Can they grow together again as friends or more?
- if you want to go for aged-up smut I will not complain.
Gen OT4 (Gon & Killua & Leorio & Kurapika)
- I will never get enough of road trip fics, whether in canon or AU form. These 4 need more screentime together roasting each other, laughing, getting to just be with each other without all the rest.
- Kurapika comes back and has to learn what happened since he left. How does he take it? How does the time he spent apart from them affect things?
Haikyuu!!Akaashi Keiji/Bokuto Koutarou (Haikyuu!!), Hinata Shouyou/Kageyama Tobio (Haikyuu!!), Kuroo Tetsurou/Tsukishima Kei (Haikyuu!!)
One of the most wholesome things I've ever watched ahhh. I love these stupid idiots so much. I love them separately and I love them together and their competitive spirits, their respect for one another, to develop and grow and always strive for better. It actually gives me hope and energy.
Some Ideas:
- I don't actually mind which pairing you choose to go for these with, nothing specific in my head right now so adapt as you will!
- Getting together in canon-verse: when does it happen? long-distance relationship? denial of feelings? ill-timed confession? sappy planned confession with tears? thought they were dating all along? up to you!
- Soulmate AU? Yes. Magical realism/fantasy AU? Yes. An AU of your choice? Yes.
- Smut? Go for it!
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (TV)
Leo Fitz/Jemma Simmons (AOS), Skye | Daisy Johnson/Daniel Sousa (AoS)
Ahhh. Agents of Shield was probably remain one of my favourite shows of all time and I'm both saddened and overjoyed that it ended on a good note. I liked how the show always kept things moving from season to season while keeping some connections and callbacks, how their squad changed but the spirit of Shield and what they stood for kind of withstood the test of time. Apart from the above listed ships/characters, feel free to incorporate the whole gang from any of the seasons too as background. I have a soft spot for Coulson & May (platonic or romantic) in particular.
Some Ideas:
FitzSimmons
- I just really adored how their relationship developed throughout the seasons. It felt organic and real and they really worked and fought hard for where they ended up. It was honestly cruel to watch them get torn apart and come back together again only for brief moments and always running into more trouble. Maybe a 5+1 fic would suit this really well - e.g. 5 times they lost each other and 1 time they came back, 5 things they didn't end up saying to each other in time and 1 thing they did, etc!
- Kind of a follow-up to that, there are several moments in their relationship that I'd love more in-depth character studies/relationship studies introspection into if you're up for it! e.g. 4,722 hours in both their perspectives during & after, the fallout from the Framework, Fitz in space and his journey to find her, their time in S7 that they lived through that was suppressed (I know I DNW'd kid-fic but if you want to explore the S7 part of things, please do integrate their child! Clumsy, loving smut here would be more than welcome!)
- FitzSimmons at the academy! How others view them, together and apart, the nerdy shenanigans they go through, etc!
Daisy/Sousa
- They are actually surprisingly endearing together. Give me all the hesitation, first times, navigating new relationship despite their challenges, pasts, trust issues, Sousa adapting to the new time, etc.
- If you have a clever AU idea for these two, I am totally down to read it! idk why but a Hunger Games AU popped into my head which might suit them really well actually (tho probably way longer than 10k words).
